1. Customer Account Registration
Customer account registration is considered valid after activation has been completed.
The customer account form must be properly completed, meaning all fields must be filled in, with correct spacing between digits, such as:

All fields marked with (*) must be correctly completed, as they are mandatory.
After reviewing the completed form with all requested information, Kona Bikes PT will send approval and access details to the customer by email.
2. Orders
Kona Bikes PT reserves the right to change prices and include or exclude products without prior notice.
3. Confirmation
After receiving the order request, it will be confirmed by our Sales Department (by email or telephone).
This website is an online catalog featuring virtual products that may not be in stock and are therefore always subject to supplier availability.

5. Shipping
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are applied as follows:

Mainland Portugal
- Orders under €99.00: €5.00 shipping fee
- Orders over €99.00: Free shipping

European Union countries
- Flat shipping fee of €80.00

Larger items
- Shipping costs are calculated based on volumetric weight

Islands and international destinations
- Shipping costs are provided upon request (quotation required)
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within up to 7 business days and delivered within 14 days.
6. Exchange and Return Policy
Under paragraph f) of no. 1 of Article 4 of Decree-Law no. 143/2001 of April 26, the customer has a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days to cancel the contract without penalty and without providing any reason.
Return shipping costs to our address are the sole responsibility of the customer, except in specific cases such as products damaged during transport or technical issues.
To have the return accepted, the customer must follow this procedure:

Contact Kona Bikes PT by Registered Mail, email (info@konabikes.pt), through the customer account, or by phone to receive instructions.

Place the product back in its original, intact packaging.

Place the original packaging inside a protective outer box.
-
Deliver the package to the carrier.
Upon receipt of the returned item, the customer will be refunded using the original payment method.
Important:
For the return to be accepted, it is essential that:

The item is in perfect condition (unused and without signs of installation)

It is returned in its original packaging (intact, without marks or adhesive tape)
-
The order is placed inside a shipping box together with a copy of the “Purchase Invoice” (ensure heavy or fragile items are properly secured to prevent movement)
7. Product Characteristics
Products sold in the Kona Bikes PT online store comply with the manufacturer’s specifications. Any product displaying characteristics different from those of the manufacturer will be considered a data entry error. In such cases, the original brand information shall prevail, and Kona Bikes PT assumes no responsibility for errors of this nature.
8. Product Photographs
Photographs displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
We recommend consulting the product details for accurate information about its characteristics. In the case of incorrect images, the customer has the right to cancel the order.
9. Price and Availability
The product catalog of konabikes.pt (online store) is independent from the physical store, both in terms of pricing and stock quantities.
All promotional campaigns have limited stock and are exclusive to online sales.
In case of product unavailability and/or stock shortage, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order and will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
10. Content Information
We make every effort to ensure that the information presented is free of typographical errors. Should any errors occur, they will be corrected as soon as possible.
If the information provided does not correspond to the product’s characteristics, the Customer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale contract under applicable legal terms.
Photographs on the website are for illustrative purposes only. We recommend consulting product details for accurate information.
Product prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
Despite Kona Bikes PT’s efforts, some products may display incorrect prices. Therefore, prices are always verified when processing orders. If the product price is lower than advertised, we will refund the difference. If the price is higher, we will inform the customer by email and await their decision to accept the new proposal or cancel the order.
11. General Notices
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for:
a) Economic losses of any kind;
b) Indirect, special, or consequential damages;
c) Damage to or loss of data related to this website.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese Law, and any disputes shall be resolved in Portuguese Courts.
