Yes. We ship to the Portuguese islands and internationally. Shipping costs depend on the destination and package size and will be quoted accordingly.

Orders are processed after confirmation of payment and product availability by our Sales Department. You will be informed about stock availability and estimated delivery time before shipping.

Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel the purchase without providing a reason, in accordance with Portuguese law.

To be eligible for return:

  The item must be unused and in perfect condition

  It must show no signs of installation or use

  It must be returned in its original, intact packaging (without marks or tape)

  A copy of the purchase invoice must be included
  

Heavy or fragile items must be properly secured inside the shipping box.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of:

   Contact Kona Bikes PT by registered mail, email (info@konabikes.pt), through your customer account, or by phone.

   Repack the product in its original packaging.

   Place the original packaging inside a protective outer box.

   Deliver the package to the carrier.

Once the returned item is received and verified, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
